EDUCATION Ms. McGuire received her undergraduate education at University of Florida (Bachelor of Arts Degree, 2003) and completed her legal education at New England School of Law (Juris Doctor Degree, 2006) in Boston, Massachusetts where she was a member of the National Lawyers Guild.
ASSOCIATIONS Ms. McGuire was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Broward County Women Lawyers' Association, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
EXPERIENCE Ms. McGuire is continuing her legal experience in the fields of domestic and family law, general civil litigation, real estate and personal injury law. She is also an active Guardian ad Litem volunteer.
PERSONAL Ms. McGuire was born in DeLand, Florida, in 1981, to Michael and Delana McGuire. She has one younger brother who is currently attending the University of North Florida. After law school, Ms. McGuire moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue her legal career.
